Emotional and physical support during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum has been proven to improve outcomes for both birthing people and babies. Research shows that continuous support during labor can reduce the likelihood of cesarean births and the need for medical interventions, while increasing maternal satisfaction. Our bilingual doulas provide culturally responsive care, offering comfort and advocacy throughout this transformative journey.

Early childhood is a critical time for brain development, with 90% of a child’s brain forming by age 5. The Parents as Teachers program empowers parents of children ages 0–3 by providing them with tools and strategies to foster their child’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Through home visits and expert guidance, PAT helps families create nurturing environments for early learning.

Preparing children for school success starts at home. HIPPY equips parents with evidence-based resources to teach children ages 3–5 foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development. Studies have shown that children in HIPPY programs enter school better prepared and perform at higher academic levels than their peers. By empowering parents as their child’s first teacher, HIPPY builds a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
